I agree with everyone on here as well. I have been calling for the past three hours and all I get is a busy signal or it just hanged up. You don't have a problem sending out letters or suspending. So why not pick up the phone? Get with it Ohio.

Have been trying to call all day. Line is off the hook. Trying to see why check hadn't cleared yet since I paid this in person last week. The woman I had spoke to earlier in the day that said she would be closing at 4 had already locked the front doors at 3:40pm and was trying to leave. If I didn't know better I'd say the whole operation was a scam. As it is, I think that it's as close to a "legit" scam as you'll find anywhere in the area. Do yourself a favor and pay in person with a money order AND GET A RECEIPT!
